My name is Hannah and I'm moving to NYC from Portland, Oregon. I'm going to attend Mount Sinai in the fall for my Master of Public Health, and am moving out ahead of time to get situated in the city and find a job. I plan to find full-time work in clinical research since that's what I'm currently doing in Portland.

What to expect from me as a roommate: I will probably keep relatively busy with work and school, but as a student I prefer to do my studying at home in my room. I'm big into cooking at home whenever I can, and tend to meal prep once or twice a week to simplify this process. I always clean up the kitchen as soon as I'm done so that the next person can walk right in and use it. I definitely like to know my roommates and hang out, but I prefer to have our own things going on most of the time because I'm an introvert and really value my alone time. I'm excited to continue pursuing bachata dance lessons and to go to comedy shows if/when normalcy returns in the city.
