My two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is a third floor walk-up located in Crown Heights at the intersection of Saint Marks Avenue and Franklin Avenue. It has a lovely balcony with a patio set. The room for rent is very spacious (133 square feet) with a large closet (depth of 2 feet, height of 6 feet). It is north-facing and has lots of natural light. The apartment is furnished and the room for rent can be furnished or unfurnished, your choice. Perks of the apartment are that it's a top floor corner unit so there is no noise from neighbors (the room for rent is at the corner of the apartment). The space is quite big for two people and very cozy. I clean for fun so it's usually pristine.
