Hi, my name is Gabby and I am interested in your listing. I am moving to New York for grad school, so I won’t be able to move in until August if we are a match. I would like to know what the monthly cost would be and if utilities, Wi-Fi and cleaning are included in the price. A little bit of information about me is I am from North Carolina; I am 22 and I and attending NYU. I am looking for a place that is relatively cheap but close to the school close with nice amenities. I like to consider myself an introverted extrovert who likes to socialize but also be by themselves. I consider my room my safe space where I decompress from the world. I like to keep things clean and organized and I believe in respecting others personal space.
