Hey! I am joining NYU as a graduate student. The earliest I'd be in the US is 15th August.
I am looking for a Studio/2BR apartment and/or a roommate from mid-August 2023-2024.
A Little About Me:
I'm 22, pretty clean, quiet, don't smoke at all (allergic to smoke) or drink, and single.

I'd prefer to stay with someone female identifying. I don't mind being good friends/just splitting the rent whatever works for you. I like a generally peaceful environment at home and may occasionally have friends come over while respecting my roommate's privacy and expecting the same for myself as well.
