My roommate and I live in a 4 bedroom duplex apartment on the border of crown heights and prospect heights. We have 2.5 bathrooms, a shared rooftop that we like to hang out on, a dishwasher, and in building laundry, but we prefer to use the laundromat next door. All of the rooms have big closets and central AC. The lease starts in June and is a year long, but someone will sublease it in June and July! So we’re looking for someone who can sign onto a lease and move in in August. Rent and security deposit are $1,115.
