Hi I'm a 24 year old student graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in songwriting and business. I'm from Boston, but have been living in new for almost 2 years. I am a musician (a guitarist / songwriter) so you will probably hear me play from time to time, but I will always be respectful of the space and time of day. (i always plug anything loud into headphones). I am outgoing and love to socialize, but I'm also down to have a movie night and stay in. Ideally I would love a roommate who wants to explore the city, meet new people, and hang out outside of the apartment.

Hi! My name is Maia i’m a 24 year old artist who commutes into manhattan / other parts of brooklyn for work. I am looking for a roommate who is similar in age and also female or non-binary who can fill the other room in a 2 bed / 2 bathroom apartment in bushwick. The rent is $1425 with utilities being around $30-50 each month depending on the month. You would have your own bathroom connected to your room!
