Hi! Me and my roommate are both NYU grad students looking for looking for a third roommate (preferably female) to share a 3 bedroom on St Marks Place. We are chill and like to make friends. 420, lgbtq friendly.

It has laundry in unit, no brokers fee, 5 mins walk to campus. Guarantors required and we have a cat. We have the place locked down and would love it if someone would be willing to sign the lease with us this week. It will come down to around 1,570 per person monthly.
