Just graduated college and am moving to NYC soon to start a job in the music business. Looking for a lease starting in August. Can probably spend up to $1500 a month on rent but would definitely like to find something cheaper. My office is in Dumbo so I'd ideally like to be in downtown manhattan or Brooklyn.
