Kaitlyn - $1,350/month

Hi, I'm Kaitlyn, I'm looking to fill a room in my great, centrally-located East Village apartment, and am seeking someone who is outgoing and who I can hang out with on occasion but who is also independent and has their own things going on. I'm hoping to find someone who is not too much of a homebody (but obviously things are a little different with Covid). I myself, typically try to get out of the house often, going on long walks or hanging out with friends, but also like to relax and watch tv from time to time. I like to go out on weekends but keep it quiet on weeknights. I'm a very respectful and laid back roommate, I keep common areas clean and pick up after myself. I like to cook my own food but don't spend a lot of time doing it. I love drawing, doing art projects, music and food, exploring cities and learning languages (French & Italian). After work, I like to come home and relax, take art or Italian, or meet up with friends for a drink.
