Hi Everyone!

I'm a 28 year old gay man working M-F in Midtown East and I've been living in the city for over 4 years. I typically head to the gym in the morning around 7:00 and then work from 8:30-6:00 (under normal circumstances, that is). I also often stay with my boyfriend and travel, so I'm not home very much. I'm a respectful, clean, and quiet roommate. I enjoy having occasional dinners and becoming friends with my roommates, but also value time to myself to unwind. It is really important to me to live with roommates who value a quiet, super clean home (no babysitting required on my end-- always take out the garbage, clean the bathroom, do dishes etc.), and who don’t smoke inside the apartment.

I was working full-time from home, but just started going back to the office full time.
