My name is Sadie and I am a 25 year old veterinary nurse living and working on the Upper East Side. I have one old, sweet cat who and I'm planning on getting another cat in the fall.
I'm in school online for vet nursing so I spend my days off doing that. I still go into work four days a week. I also enjoy wine nights, watching tv, working out, and hanging out in the park. I'm super laid back and get along with most people as long as there is open communication.
Looking for someone who is clean and respectful of shared spaces. Hoping to find someone who wants to be more than just roommates since we are all spending so much more time inside!

The room faces the street, which is very quiet. Room fits a queen bed and dresser, has a decent sized closet and two windows. AC unit is available for $150 (originally $250).
Neighbors are quiet, apartment is in good condition, there's a wash and fold downstairs, and we have rooftop access (a great plus during quarantine!)
The apartment is on the 6th floor of a walkup, BUT it's a great workout, there are no upstairs neighbors, and we get a lot of sunlight! It barely bothers me any more!
Close to Whole Foods, Central Park, Carl Schurz Park, and just a few blocks from the Q!
I've lived here for almost two years and love the apartment and neighborhood! I currently have one very sweet, old cat and plan on getting another one in the fall so must be okay with cats!
