I am FINALLY planning my move to NYC and I am looking for potential roommates to search with (one or 2). My preferred areas are Brooklyn (Prospect Gardens, Bushwick, Park Slope, BedStuy etc.) Manhattan (anywhere on the upper west or east sides or potentially a little higher into Harlem. Really just depends on the area) I’m also not opposed to Jersey City and Hoboken.

A little bit about me:
My name is Taylor, I’m 23. I graduated from Louisiana State University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in History. I’m moving to the city to start my career in book publishing (I’ll be working hybrid-remote at a literary scouting agency). I’m introverted and like to have my alone time, but I also like being social so I would like to be friends with my roommates. I keep common areas clean.

The most important part is that I come with 2 dogs who are nonnegotiable. They are a package deal. I need someone who truly LOVES and understands dogs as mine mean the world to me. They are both girls, both spayed, and both typically well behaved (i say typically because they’re animals and we can’t all be perfect all the time). I would like to try to find somewhere close to some kind of green space where I can take them to use the bathroom or even have an apartment with private garden access.

Mia is 11 pounds, and Gamora is 44 pounds. They’re both smaller dogs in the grand scheme of things. They’re both poodle mixes, so no shedding.

My personal budget is $1,250 per person, could flex a little higher if needed.
