Hey! I’m a single gay male currently living in Greenpoint BK who’s looking to downsize. I’d like to stay in the neighborhood but I’m open to other options in Manhattan and Queens.

I’m pretty low key, cook a few times a week and like getting up early. I’m pretty active and like going out to eat during the week and jog most days.

I work in the UWS at Columbia University and would prefer a simple commute to work.
