We live on Wall St. in a beautiful, luxury apartment building. We are both full time professionals , I'm from NY and my roommate Babs is from Ireland. We are clean, easy going and friendly.
The apartment is full of amenities, including a washer and dryer, large closets, AC, dishwasher, elevator, storage room, doorman, gym, basketball court, and an indoor & outdoor rooftop lounge with a BBQ area.
We already have high speed internet hooked up, a kitchen table set, and plenty of utensils & kitchen gear.
Your room can fit a full sized bed and it comes with a big closet.
1 block away is the seaport and FDR drive where you can take in views of Manhattan's East River, go for a walk or run down the seaport, check out the seafood restaurants, go on a boat ride, or get ferried to Brooklyn, Staten Island, or The Statue of Liberty.

Wall St Apartment Looking for a Roommate ASAP
The building:
This place has a full gym, rooftop lounge with cabanas for tanning in the summer, rooftop grills, rooftop basketball court, package room with dry cleaning service and much more.
The apartment:
Converted flex apartment has 3br and 1ba. Your room would be on the opposite end of the apartment from the other two bedrooms which is nice because you don’t share a wall with the other bedrooms but it is the smallest room which is why you pay less rent. The bedroom does come with a heater and A/C in the bedroom which is great for the hot summer and cold winter months. You also have a MASSIVE closet which is just for your stuff and it is just outside your bedroom door. The apartment also has a full kitchen with a dishwasher which is HUGE! Arguably the best part is that there is a washer dryer IN-UNIT for no additional fee!
The Roommates:
Jake (male, 31) - Easy-going, works from home out of his bedroom. Enjoys going out on the weekends and keeping it low key on the weeknights.
Babs (female, 28) - Also easy-going, just moved in in the last few days. She works a regular 9-5 and lays low during the week as well.
