Seeking a roommate for 2/1 Wash Hghts near A/C/1

Hi folks - seeking a roommate for an elevator building, 2/1 in Hamilton/Washington Heights. I reserved the small room. Very VERY large room remains available (almost studio size!) $1350 mo, one-year lease for the room (individual lease per room - not entire apartment), broker fee only and no security deposit.

No laundry or dishwasher, but the apartment is huge and grocery/laundromat are nearby. A/C/1 trains and express service to midtown/downtown. Presby Hospital within walking distance and Columbia University a short train ride away.

I am very clean and the apartment will be pet friendly - I will have my cat with me. Small dog or other cat welcome. I am fully set up with very nice common area furniture (living room and kitchen) if that makes a difference - happy to offer queen bedframe for your room as well if needed.

A bit more about me -- I recently moved to NYC from Fort Lauderdale FL, and I am in the private aviation industry. I will be working mostly from the office, so away 9a-5p in Midtown. I DJ on the side for personal (or if I score a gig), and I spend a lot of time in the city in my spare time exploring with friends. LGBTQ+ household, all are welcome.
