The Deets:
We have one bedroom available for rent that includes a private living room space as well as a private bathroom. We're asking for $1900 a month and that includes utilities: PG&E, internet, paper towels, soap, trash bags, filters for the water filter, etc. for the shared kitchen. The security deposit is one month's rent and the move date is as soon as possible. The lease is month to month.
The Place:
-Front Room: 12x13, large bay window
-Bedroom: 12x11, window, closet
The bedroom has a window and a closet. Your bathroom is right across the hall with a shower/bathtub combo. The private rec space is right off the kitchen. There is a beautiful bay window that gets tons of natural light and over looks 9th Ave. and Judah St. for lots of people watching.
The shared kitchen is large with a dishwasher, 2 ovens and dining table. You'll have space in the cabinets for any kitchen supplies you want to bring.
The apartment is walking distance to Golden Gate Park, UCSF, the Haight and countless restaurants, bars and shops. We are centrally located with a quick ride to the beach or downtown. We're right on the N Judah line, the 44, 43, 6 and 66 bus lines. We also have a shared outdoor backyard space.
We have a very sweet little cat named Moza who is friendly, but won't bother you. That being said, we cannot welcome any other pets, as much as we'd love to. We're 420 friendly and enjoy a drink to top off the day.
We're hoping to find someone close in age who has a similar work/play lifestyle. We'd love to find one person that fits, but we are open to another couple.
