I'm mid 40s financial advisor relocating back to San Francisco from NYC with friendly Labradoodle.

I want to respect common area and cleaning after eating along with each other's privacy.

Non-smoker, no drug, no weed here and I expect the same.

After all day at work during daytime, I need a quiet and peaceful moment at home with my dog so if you are inviting your friend(s) often to home, we are not a match.

I love wine and we can hang out or spend some time in living room or cooking together on and off but I still need someone who can keep ourselves separate at times.
