I live in the city currently and my lease ends at the end of July. Looking for a new place somewhere downtown maybe east village area.

I work in the office 4 days a week but work from home 1 day. I am a clean person, I like to workout and exercise so I wont be hanging around the place too much as I like to be out and about doing things but wont always be the case as sometimes I like to relax.
