Hey my name is Ben, I'm 25 y/o and moving to LA for an investing job in Santa Monica in mid Aug. I know a couple people in LA but I'm looking to live with new people to mix things up

Once I move I'm trying to spend more time meeting new people by trying sports leagues / picking up BJJ, cool networking / speaker events (need to meet founders for my job), bars when I have people to go with, maybe something with film, still thinking about the rest

Housing logistics:
- Ideally my place is <1 mile to the SM pier where my office is close to, but more important is finding people I think I'll get along with. Otherwise I'm trying to keep my commute around 15min max
- Parking or street parking nearby
- I'd love a balcony but will settle for smth without it
- House is not gross - really want my new roommates to be on board with splitting for a maid
