Ben N - $2,000/month

Hey my name is Ben, I'm 25 y/o and moving to LA for work in mid Aug!

I'll be staying pretty busy with work during the week but otherwise I like to spend my time hanging with friends and running / lifting, and since I don't know many people in LA I'll be trying to spend more time meeting new people by trying sports leagues / picking up BJJ, cool networking / speaker events, bars when I have people to go with, etc. It'd be great to be friends with my new housemate(s)

Housing logistics:
- Ideally my place is <1 mile to the SM pier where my office is close to so I can walk, but otherwise hopefully there's parking close by
- House is not gross - really want my new roommates to be on board with splitting for a maid
- I'd love a balcony
