Private bedroom and full private bath available in fully furnished house in Santa Monica. Less than 2 miles from the beach, very easy access to the 10 and the 405 highways. Local restaurants walking distance on either side of the neighborhood. Both Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods walking distance from house as well. Street is very safe and very quiet- truly the perfect neighborhood in Santa Monica.

House has street parking and garage spot parking, front yard that is furnished with lighting, fire pit and outdoor furniture. In unit washer and dryer in the home, as well as a third bedroom that is/can be used as a home office.

Current tenant at the property is in late 20’s and looking for a roommate! Keeps house clean and orderly and is an excellent roommate. Also one of the nicest and funniest girls you’ll ever meet- she currently works remotely from the house Mon-Fri.

Current renter of the room available is me, I’m posting on behalf of my roommate who is staying in the house and looking for a roommate! I’m willing to leave my queen size bed frame, mattress and headboard if you are in need and/or interested. Room is available anytime after Aug 1st. But can be made available sooner!
