As they say, Location! Location! Location! Live the Newport Beach lifestyle in a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom unit inside a gated community. We are seeking a third roommate to share a 1765 square foot apartment and occupy the third bedroom here. There are currently two male residents but both male and female are welcome. One of the two current residents almost exclusively occupies the master bedroom as separate living quarters so the renter would be sharing the app. 1200 square foot primary living spaces and have a shared bathroom with only one other person. It is worth noting upfront that anyone moving in would need to be 420 friendly, as both present residents vaporize cannabis for pain management. This is however a no smoking unit, so only vaporization indoors is allowed. This rental does not allow pets. It will be available to view after 8/2/25.
The apartment is next to the beach and has free trolley service to anywhere on the peninsula, assigned parking, a tennis court and three brand new pickleball courts with an active pickleball club, 2 private swimming pools, one heated year round, both with jacuzzis & showers & bathrooms, full gym with new equipment, private pilates & yoga classes available to residents and 24 hour surveillance security. This is a respectful and quiet building with friendly neighbors and is within walking or biking distance to the beach and top notch dining and shopping. Gorgeous sunsets on the back walk path with breathtaking ocean views too. The unit's immediate proximity to Hoag Hospital makes this a fantastic opportunity for anyone working there as well.
Please note that while the unit itself is fully furnished, the bedroom you'd be renting is not. This unit has hardwood floors throughout the primary living spaces and is move in ready. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a large living room, full kitchen, dining room, den inc a 57" flat screen TV and two patios; one large, one small. Both current residents have low key and warm dispositions. There are no kids and there is no drama here. Open minded and kind. Seeking a roommate with an equally thoughtful, reasonable and respectful manner.
Lease terms are month to month and the renter will need to get a P.O. box elsewhere (there are locations within 1-2 blocks). Renters will need a parking sticker (provided at the time of rental) that costs $100 and can be refunded at time of move out. Optional key fobs to access amenities and gate openers for the entrance (also accessible with a code) can be had for $100 a piece and are also refundable upon move out.
First months rent and $1500 security deposit required. Utilities not included.
