I'm a chill lady who is friendly and quiet. I mostly stay to myself (mostly studying). I am in the middle of transitioning into a new career in real estate however I do have steady income and will be able to pay rent on time. I do not smoke cigarettes and would prefer a roommate that does not smoke inside the home because the smell can give me headaches. I do not drink but this does not bother me and I DO NOT JUDGE. I am totally okay with pets (cats or dogs).
If you have pests of any kind such as roaches, bed bugs, termites etc... I am not the roommate for you.
I will completely and totally respect you, your space and home. I clean up after myself and will make sure to keep my personal space clean.
