Looking for a friendly long term roommate

Large room available in Fullerton rent is $1,089.72 but it will be going up next year in April or may. BEFORE RESPONDING TO THIS AD YOUR CREDIT SCORE MUST BE 650 OR HIGHER! I’m looking for a long term roommate preferably I want someone to stay for a couple years. The room is very spacious and has a huge closet. AC is also included as well. There is kitchen space downstairs we share the kitchen space and the bathroom upstairs has a bathroom and bath that we both share. Downstairs just has a toilet and a sink. I have a cat and she is ESA no other animals are allowed. Parking is included in the rent and that is $20. I’m a very nice and respectful roommate all I ask is that I get that in return. I am a licensed cosmetologist so my shifts vary. I’m so excited to hear from you!
