My name is Kimani and I'm a 24 yr-old early education major moving to start a career as a nonprofit developer while serving in Americorps. My contract is for a year so either a full year lease or a month to month so I can save up and move into my own place is ideal. I'm pretty quiet and considerate, most times you won't even know that I'm home. I'm 4/20 & lgbt+ friendly as well and all I really ask of a roommate is that you pay your bills on time and keep shared areas clean, your personal space is your business. I'm impartial to overnight guests or having friends over, I just ask that you all are respectful of me and our home.
