I work long hours on the Venice Beach Boardwalk. When home I am usually sleeping, cleaning, or relaxing quietly with headphones in my space. I have a tiny twelve pound dog that accompanies me to work and everywhere else possible. If I had to leave her she would be in my space in a kennel cab. I have an older cat that is usually asleep. I would be totally respectful of your need for privacy and peace.

Super chill loft runs the length of house. Windows at both ends show Topanga Canyon views, like living in a treehouse! Space has air and heat with private remote control. Shared bathroom, kitchen. Tenant must be able to climb sturdy built in wooden ladder to loft entry. Loft is five feet at highest point. Looking for someone employed full time outside the home, (as am I.) I don’t play music or watch tv when roommates are home, I respect your need for privacy, peace, and quiet. I treat this space as a sanctuary, a welcome retreat from my boisterous work environment, hoping to find someone who feels the same. Space is only suitable for single person, sorry no couples, children or pets. Home is on cul-de-sac, quiet family neighborhood, please no smokers, drugs, alcoholics. Please note, this listing is in Topanga Canyon, a car is an absolute must! Also, while there is ample room for your clothes and a few belongings, there is no extra storage space anywhere on the property for boxes, bins, or bags of random belongings. Home is a small, tidy space. I keep all common areas very clean. Dishes, utensils, dry goods and eco detergent provided. This space is a typical old Topanga environment, house is very old and built up against the side of a hill, there are ten cement steps leading to front door, (there is a very sturdy handrail.) Space is suited for someone who is traveling light, looking for a safe and serene place to come home to,
