Available Room for Rent

$585/month in SW Austin!

We are looking for a third roommate for a private room and shared full bathroom. We are two chill guys in their mid 30s with two dogs and a cat who adopted us. The room comes furnished, and there's a garage gym everyone can use. The house is right by the 290 highway and is 7 min from Costco.

The room is available August 1st or possibly earlier if needed. Ideally, they stay until the lease expires on April 30th, but we could potentially do month-by-month. Obviously you're welcome to cook. All tenants will have to pass a background check by Robinson Realtors and sign the lease before moving in.
