I'm a night owl and work from home starting a small business , I spend a lot of time in the house - mostly in my room. My roommate keeps more regular hours, working as a bartender and musician also doing some work at home. We both play music but keep the volume down 99% of the time. We both cook regularly and keep a clean kitchen. We are both 40 + and would prefer someone in our age range and/or responsible, considerate, a good communicator, and willing to help keep the house clean. The house tends to be quiet, we keep to ourselves but often talk in the kitchen. Both of us have healthy active lifestyles, and go to concerts.
