I keep to myself mostly, except for cooking meals once, sometimes twice daily. I will sometimes be in the kitchen at 11pm after a shift or gig. I occasionally will practice/play music quietly in my room during the day or watch tv at night.

Looking for a tidy, responsible, low key female roommate for a South Austin home. We’re 2 females sharing a 4 bedroom house in a great South Austin location. It’s a smaller bedroom with a shared bathroom, but there is a spare bedroom and garage for storage. We both like to cook and keep the common areas clean. We’re both 40+ and tend to keep a fairly quiet household, with the exception of sometimes cooking meals around 11pm (I’m a musician/bartender). Rent is $642 plus bills ($125-$150 on average). We have a washer and dryer. The landlord doesn’t allow pets. Lawn maintenance, taking out the trash, and cleaning the common areas are split responsibilities. August 1st move in with a one year lease.
