Great location - only 7 min from the Forest Hills 71st avenue subway stop (E,F,R, and M)! Keyfood, CVS, and Starbucks are right by the subway stop!
Amentities:
-Apartment is on the 2nd floor, but there is an elevator!
-Doorman there during the week until 8 pm
-laundry in the basement
-dishwasher in kitchen!
-utilities = internet and electric- usually around $80 per month
