My name is Reana, 24 (she/her)
I have a super sweet cat named Finnick who’s a little over a year

I am from Indiana but have lived in New York on and off for about 3 years now currently in Bushwick and looking to move to Prospect Lefferts / Flatbush / East Flatbush area with 1-2 other people!

I have recently gotten a job offer to begin my career as a full time teacher August 2025 in East Flatbush/ Remsen Village area and I would like to stay within 15-25 min commute.
I currently work as an after school instructor / Substitute Teacher and over the summer as a Summer Camp Instructor !
I am looking to move this summer June/July

Im out of the house a lot on weekdays due to long hours - but like to spend downtime at home usually just decompressing in my own space / gaming / doing art kinda whatever the vibe is (:

I keep to myself a lot - usually I stay in my room when I’m around. I don’t often have people over but I like to have the option whenever I would like and my roommates would have the same courtesy ( I’ve always just asked in the past ifff someone’s having ppl over who are gonna be in common spaces then try to shoot a message kinda vibe but always cool with it ) as long as nobody is basically living w us lol I think it’s fine to have friends/ partners over every now and then.
I also don’t drink or smoke I don’t mind anyone who does but if someone smokes I usually just ask they do it by a window 😭

I like to share expenses on things like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc and just splitting it and putting it in the monthly utilities payment so I would hope to find someone like minded in that sense and someone who’s open to splitting housework - I’ve never done a chores list it’s always just been like a weird unspoken taking turns of like if you see the trash is full just go ahead and take it out or like if the living room needs a sweep and maybe you have a min to just do it but always down for list too ((:

Just want someone to live with who’s cool / chill and maybe shares same vibes

Budget : would prefer to be around $1000 I can go up to $1300 if a place is worth it
