I’m looking to rent out one, possibly two rooms in my cozy 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home, located just over the border of Rolando Village into La Mesa. This quaint house is full of character and charm, with beautiful wood floors and a peaceful atmosphere.

Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, the home features a lovely front deck with a daybed—perfect for relaxing or doing yoga. The fully enclosed yard is filled with trees and greenery, surrounded by a white picket fence on a spacious corner lot. There’s also a side yard with a built-in stone area, bar top for grilling, fire pit for laid-back summer evenings and if you love to garden, I plan this spring on creating the most beautiful garden of fruits and vegetables! I am a bright and fun loving 36yr. old female who keeps a very tidy home & needs someone who honors the space the same. I work mostly from home currently but will be out & traveling a lot this summer. My vibe is very kind & welcoming. I have one sweet cat named Stormy so unfortunately no cats or dogs. But I am open to maybe a larger dog. My cat gets freaked out by a little ones! Due to the home being fully furnished with all your needs & interior design in place, your room will be your sanctuary for most decor. Items like family/friend photos and small things are welcome anywhere throughout our home but there is no room for large furnishings & decor. I’m happy to get up any art of yours that we can squeeze onto the walls!

Larger Furnished Room with Half Bath – $1,600/month or $1,500 unfurnished
• 12x13 (plus attached half bath)
• Furnished with a queen bed, full-length mirror, swivel chair, 3 dressers, TV, storage chest
• Two large windows offering bright natural light and a private, tree-filled view
• Option to rent unfurnished (to be discussed and agreed upon)

Second Room – $1,200/month
• Also receives great natural light
• Available to the right roommate & I’m open to this being an office space as well

Ideal Roommate:
• Female or male
• Employed
• No drugs in home don’t care what you do outside of it
• Responsible and respectful of shared spaces
• Willing to contribute to shared supplies or alternate purchasing responsibilities
• Preferably brings own dishes, cookware but no biggie

Additional Info:
• Security deposit preferred, but we can come to an agreement
• AT&T internet: $55/month
• SDG&E range with 1 occupant has been $70-90
• Water and trash included & we split all home related bills
