I'm a 35-year-old female and San Diego native (grew up in PL) currently living in OB. Moved back here about 4ish years ago after spending a few years in NYC and San Francisco. I work in sales for an action sports helmet company, so I'm either working from home or I'm on the road. I'm really laid back, outgoing, and you can usually find me at the beach, snowboarding, or out and about with friends. I don't mind if you want to have friends over as long as your respectful about it, I'm usually down for an adult beverage after work for when the occasion calls for it, 420 friendly, and like to keep the common spaces decently tidy, I don't care what goes on in your own space. I also have a really sweet, cuddly, and quiet kitty named Jane who would be joining me as well. My cat allergic friends even love her...swear I'm not bias. ;)

I currently live in Ocean Beach and I love this neighborhood, but my building is slowly turning into short term rentals, and my amazing roommate is moving out July 1st.

Also, probably the most important thing, I have great credit and always pay my rent on time. My budget is around 1,500 plus utilities but I can be flexible for the right place/situation.
