I've lived in SD for 20 years. I'm 38 yrs old and work outside the home in property management in PB. Before that I was in real estate and a couple start ups I was involved with as a founder. In my early 20's I was a paramedic/volunteer firefighter. I'm very active and like to spend time at the beach, working out, hiking, surfing, BBQ's, etc. Pretty normal guy and looking for a clean, respectful place. I'm open to temp living situation or longer term for the right fit.
