Two bedrooms available in a big, sunny apartment
I have a two bedroom apartment available from August 6-September 2nd. This is perfect for two-four people looking for a temporary situation. The apartment is fully furnished with a queen size bed in one room and a full bed in the other. The whole apartment has beautiful wood floors and the living room is very spacious and bright. This is a 5th floor walk-up (four flights of stairs) so your ass will be looking great in no time.
The apartment is on the most charming block in East Harlem: 114th st just east of 1st Ave. It is directly across from Jefferson Park and from the park you have access to the East River Promenade. It is a really beautiful location. We're just a few blocks away from Target and Costco. The M15 bus stops half a block away on 1st Ave and it's about a ten minute walk to the 6 train.
The rent is $1900 total ($950/room) utilities included.
