I'm moving out and helping my roommate to find a new tenant. He is renting out a large, sun-filled room in a 3-bedroom rent stabilized apartment located in South Williamsburg. The room has two south-facing windows and gets great light all day. It’s spacious enough for a queen-size bed plus a desk, and feels open and comfortable.

The apartment is shared with one other person (male, 40s, works full time, very chill and keeps to himself). The third bedroom can be used as an office or storage space.

The room can come furnished with a bed and a mint-condition mattress, or unfurnished if preferred.
Fully equipped kitchen. No laundry in the building, but multiple laundromats within one block.

The building is on a quiet block, directly across from a childcare center. Great location — close to J/M, G, and L trains, walkable to prime Williamsburg, and only two subway stops to Manhattan.
