I love listening to music (used to have a radio show), reading books and magazine articles, basketball, playing guitar, exploring new neighborhoods, working out, running, learning languages, eating good food and hanging with friends.

I really just want roommates that are hygienic, also young 20-somethings, wash their dishes, clean up the kitchen when they use it, agree on how to share the kitchen and bathroom, etc.

I just need my own room, a clean bathroom and a kitchen where I can cook my own food, lmao (and nothing fancy really, either).

The maximum rent I would pay is $1400.
