I’m currently a student finishing up my bachelor’s degree and managing a double major, so I stay fairly busy during the week. I’m respectful, organized, and value a peaceful home environment. In my free time, I enjoy biking, playing tennis, and working out.
You’ll have the home to yourself most of the time. I do have a designated person of contact available if you ever need anything. I don’t mind occasional company, as long as things remain quiet during the week.
The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and fairly quiet, with very nice neighbors. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance, and there’s a beautiful state park nearby—also walkable—with a great restaurant inside.
