We are 28 -30 year old females working in hospitality and events (not home too often). We have had this apartment for 6 years now. Our current roommate is a male and has lived here for 1 year but has got a new job offer that is relocating him to California. This now leaves us with this vacant room in the apartment.
We are open to either female or male roommates, ages 25-36.

If interested, the room available is as follows. A spacious 250 sq ft. home office with french doors, cooling/heating unit in the room, and own large closet outside the room.

About us...

The room will run from $1,450-$1,475 per month. Re-negotiating the lease with management.
Must be willing to sign a 12 to 18 month lease (THIS IS NOT A SUBLEASE)
