I just moved to the area in November 2020, and I am looking to fill a room in Newport, Jersey City (5 min path ride from Manhattan).

The apartment is in a high rise building in literally the best location ever.

-A 3-4 minute walk to the PATH to New York. Takes about 7 mins or less to get to WTC.
-4 minute walk to the light rail (one stop away from Hoboken (3 minute ride)).
-Literally within 1-2 blocks of Target, Acme Supermarket, Morton Williams Supermarket, Staples, Best Buy, BJs + restaurants.
-3 minute walk to Newport Center Mall (H&M, Zara, Forever 21, etc.).
-10 min walk to Hoboken Train Station/Hoboken bars.
-24-hour doorman/maintainance
-Laundry in building
-The apartment has views of Manhattan and is two blocks away from the water! Across from parks, Newport beach, and miles-long waterfront.

I am looking for someone in their early to mid-twenties. Must be easy-going, very open-minded, and willing to be good friends. I love to be social and explore the area/the city.
