Isabella L - $1,400/month

Hi guys! I’m Isabella, 22F and just graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I’m looking for 1 other roommate also in their early 20s for a mid-August move in date in Bushwick/Bedstuy/Williamsburg, or LIC/Astoria/Sunnyside. My budget is 1300-1400 at max (including utilities). I love to be friends with my roomies – whether that means having a chill reality tv night or exploring different bars and cafes! Cleanliness is also important to me – so using a chores list to keep common spaces clean, and washing dishes right after using them are things I’d like to continue doing.

A little about me:
- I like working out, thrifting, cooking, going out, and reading but also want to get more into
social dancing, find my personal style, and maybe join a social sports team
- I’m an ambivert so I want to meet lots of friends to explore the city with, while also having time to chill at home alone or with my roomie
- I get all my serotonin from music –my recently played is a lot of upbeat indie music. I’m also a big Swiftie, and fan of Chappell Roan and Remi Wolf
- I’ll be working hybrid as a consultant – commuting to midtown east 1-2 days a week
