Hi! My name is Dulce. I'm an incoming first-year PhD student at NYU looking for an apartment. I start my program in August and am looking for a reasonably priced place to live.
When I'm not working I love to binge-watch shows, read, and workout. I also enjoy going out to bars and clubs but nothing too crazy.
When it comes to living with others, I am very clean and respect others' space. I value honesty and communication (I want to ensure the stress in our lives isn't coming from home). I love animals (dogs and cats are welcome :) ). I don't mind lots of noise or people over as long as it's reasonable (preferably over the weekend and not past 12 on weekdays).
