Brenton B - $1,500/month

I'm looking for a new place to call home, after spending 6 months in SD in 2020, I'm coming back over from Aus on a more permanent basis to start a new job in the area around the 6th of July as Human Resources Manager for a Marketing company. My visa is for 2 years so I will be staying around at least this long. (I'm fine to pay an extra month upfront if you are worried about me starting a new job.)

About me, a 33y.o Australian male who has been working on cruise ships for a few years just secured a new full time job in SD. Generally spending my spare time either at the beach or out with friends casually. Not into a big party house, so I am looking for a place that I can relax at after work. Don't mind who I live with as long as they are respectful, clean and down for a coffee or shared meal here and there.
