Mic T - $1,400/month

I’m Mike. 39 originally from the bay area, moved here 2 years ago to be closer to family. Im working as an operations manager for a security company here in San Diego.

I’m currently renting a room in Mira Mesa and been here over a year, but have to be out by 7/1, due to my landlord moving back into the space that I occupy here. I have him as a reference and I have stable income with paystubs as proof.

With my schedule, Monday-Friday I’m out of the house by 5 am and don’t return after work and the gym until around 7-8. Weekends i usually spend in Temecula since that’s where my family is. Please let me know if this might work for you.
