Current roommates are Erika and Laura. We are 30 and 34 years old, female, and love to hang out with friends outside of work. Laura is originally from Virginia, has lived and worked in several other countries, and currently works as a customer service rep. Erika is originally from Iowa and is a chemical engineer. We both work from home and Erika travels semi-frequently for work and vacation. Laura is part of Cheer Colorado, raising funds and spirits for the LGBTQIA+ of Denver. Erika loves making food, going to orange theory, and has a strong interest in personal finance. Both of us enjoy hiking and currently have epic ski passes for the season. We both also love watching shows together and chilling at home.

Available Room for Rent
House in Baker Neighborhood
Hello we are looking for a 3rd roommate for our house on Alameda and Lincoln St starting February 1 st ,
2023. We can very likely arrange to move in a week or so earlier.
Rent and initial Deposit is $1150. Internet is $27 per person and Energy Bill is typically $80-150 per
person depending on the outside temperature. House has a backyard and 3 parking spots in the back
alley. 2 spots are covered in the garage. Water and garbage/recycling is included with the rent.
Basement includes tons of storage space with in-unit washer and dryer. Large kitchen often used and
enjoyed. The house is 2,586 sqft. The landlord requires an application before you are able to sign the
lease.
Safeway, OrangeTheory, Sam’s Club, and Illegal Pete’s are right across the street. Washington Park and
tons of great restaurants and bars on South Broadway are within easy walking distance. We are also part
of the neighborhood gardening club where we’re planting Colorado native plants. It’s a very friendly
neighborhood, close to downtown, and several hospitals.
There are 2 bedrooms and one bath downstairs – one right off the kitchen that has been used as a spare
bed for guests.
There are 2 bedrooms and one large double-sink bathroom upstairs with a shower and tub. The
available room for $1150/month, fits a queen-sized bed, is upstairs and in the pictures. If you’d like to
see the larger bedroom that includes access to the upper-level balcony, I’d be happy to switch as it is
$1250/month. There is a nice office space between the upstairs bedrooms that we currently have 2
desks set up in.
