We have two rooms for rent in a 2100sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home near Tennyson/Regis and clear creek.

The upstairs room is 10x9 with a closet and shared bathroom ($850).

The downstairs bedroom is 14.5 x 13.5. The closet extends under the stairwell and is over 9x4 square feet. There’s more storage space in the garage. Downstairs has its own bathroom and you’ll be the only roomate on this floor. ($1050)

We are an active, career-driven, and communicative household. Keesha is a 38 year old teacher, with a white lab. Joe is 40, in computer science, and has a dog named Charlie. We’ve been roommates for over a year, and our third roomate just moved in with his girlfriend so we’re looking to fill our 3rd room.

We are M-F workers, early to bed and early to rise. On the weekends, we like climbing, skiing, camping, bonfiring, and having some brews.
