Hello! My roommate, Keesha, and I are career-driven transplants in our mid 30's looking for a third roommate. M - Th are pretty low key, early to bed, early to rise. Weekends are packed embracing Colorado: camping, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, bonfiring and live music.

Bedroom Options:
- Upstairs bedroom with shared bathroom: $650/mo
- Downstairs bedroom (personal bathroom, floor not shared with other roommates): $850/mo

Shared space: kitchen, living room, garage (storage), yard/patio

- 2300 sq ft duplex one block from Regis University and 2 blocks from the Clear Creek Trail
- 3BD (2 on main level, one on lower level)
- Two full bathrooms (one on each level)
- Great living space, big kitchen, garage and large fenced yard with doggy door
- We do have a fur child - a puppy age yellow lab who is very sweet but is still a chewer (working to train this out of her)
- A couple in their mid to late 20's shares the adjacent unit; they are great and we hang out regularly
