After enjoying common areas, you are expected to leave it as you found so others can enjoy it also i.e. hair left in the shower stall, doing our own dishes by the end of each night, wiping crumbs off surfaces, & volume down after 10p on weeknights are some of the things that's helped keep this place enjoyable for all!

All Included: Utilities, Internet, Common House Items, and Bi-Weekly Cleaning (we take care of our own rooms and taking out the trash as needed)
