Hi there! My name is Nikki and I’m looking for someone to fill my old room in a 2 bedroom apartment I just moved out of after living there for 4 years!
The room is flexed with a sliding door so privacy is guaranteed. In addition, there is a modern kitchen with appliances, a common dining area, and modern bathroom. The apartment also has very high ceilings.
The doormen are amazing and very attentive. The building also includes laundry, gym, and roof deck with awesome views of the city!
If you’re interested, you would enjoy all of this and more while living with a very awesome roommate!
Move-in is September 1st but can be flexible with an earlier move-in if needed. Rent is $1,600 per month.
