Are you looking for an apartment with the most amazing view in Manhattan?

I am looking for a roommate to sign a year lease with me beginning July 1st (with the option of having my current roommate sublease from you until Aug 1 or Sept 1. My ideal roommate is clean, respectful, responsible, fun and a dog lover!

The apartment is on the penthouse floor (52nd floor) of a luxury doorman building with full amenities (four rooftops, pool, gym, game room,lounges, laundry in building, ect) in the Financial District. Very convenient location steps away from South Street Seaport, Battery Park, Brookfield Place, every subway imaginable, SI ferry and NYC ferry. There are no amenity fees.

Your bedroom is huge and fits a queen or king bed comfortably. There is a double closet in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of storage. Lots of cabinet space on the bathroom as well. Common areas are furnished and fully stocked but I’m open to change! Every window in the apartment has the most amazing views of Manhattan and Brooklyn! The ceilings are 16 feet tall!!

The rent was recently lowered soooo much to $4,195 with two months free if we sign the lease by May 1st. This works out to $1,750 each per month. Wifi and utilities (depending on the season) are about $100 a month.

I am in my 20’s, super clean and tidy, respectful, quiet, never bring the party home, currently working remotely, and love a good wine night.

I have a dog named Mika! She is super sweet, quiet, fully house trained, cuddly and always out and about with me.

I have lived in the apt since September 2020 and absolutely LOVE the apartment, the view, the building, our neighbors, and the neighborhood.
