The apartment:

• All windows face the East River, plenty of natural light

• Spacious Living Room

• Separate eat-in kitchen

• Laundry Facility in complex

The Area:

• Steps away from two parks

• Access to the 6 & Q Train

• Safe, quiet area

Costs:

• All-in costs will roughly be $2,000 per month once factor in Wi-Fi & AC Unit Surcharge

Roommate:

• Scott grew up outside of Boston (like all people from Massachusetts), works in finance and currently studying for CFA Exam, once collegiate soccer player now gym-rat

• Current roommate has to suddenly relocate outside of NYC due to job change
